Emotional Contagion (2016)
A large flat screen monitor is mounted on the wall above an old wooden desk. There are various items and appliances on the desk: a lamp, telephone, clock. On the screen is an image of a key in one of the desk drawers, tempting the viewer to touch the key?
If the viewer chooses to touch the key things begin to happen on screen: the lamp switching on and off, telephone ringing etc. As these events happen in the video, they also happen to the objects in the gallery space.
